If I could give this company 0 stars I would. I ordered a stethoscope and two weeks later I got an email when the item was suppose to arrive that it was back ordered which I was not notified of when I originally ordered otherwise I would not have purchased. Then I couldn’t get in contact with them and finally after almost a month and a half of not receiving a product and not being able to get in contact with customer service they contacted me and refunded me only the price of the stethoscope not the amount of shipping I payed for or the engraving price that I had requested. I would not recommend purchasing anything from this company! Extremely dissatisfied!
Ordered and paid for same day engraving and next day delivery for an item for Mother’s Day! Didn’t get a notification until after they had closed that the item was out of stock!!! NO WHERE ON THE SITE DID IT SAY THIS PRIOR TO ORDERING! Now, it’s out of stock and they are closed with no quoted expected restock date! So, I’ve spend over $400 with no product! If you can’t guarantee your products, just shut it down! I paid for overnight shipping for a product that was OUT OF STOCK! Absolutely unacceptable!

Ordered an Eko stethoscope which was supposed to come with a case. Company sent stethoscope but no case and never responded to my inquiry via their helpline. Poor customer service.
Took way longer for the stethoscope and engraving to arrive. They sent email asking if I wished to have a different product to which I replied and yet I heard nothing.
The engraving finish was poor quality and it was not even fully engraved. A pure disappointment to be honest. -__-
I ordered a stethoscope case and when it arrived, I could not fit the stethoscope in the case. When the case was closed, there was a bubble where the bell was situated. I did not feel that my expensive stethoscope would be protected at all in this case. When I called to refund the product, I was told that I would not refunded the original shipping, but I would also have to pay to ship it back. So I now have to find a shipping package, drive it to the post office, and ship it back at my cost. This is no way to do business. Next time, I will stick with my original decision and order it from Amazon.
My girlfriend runs a veterinarian practice and she got to use it and she loved it.

Excellent delivery time! Received it about 2-3 days after ordering, in perfect condition. I had to sign for the package with USPS which I was happy about since stethoscopes are pricy. Great job.
